Yoga Classes and Workshops
In my Yoga classes both private and group my goal is to help you learn how to listen to your body, understand the signals that gives you, so that you can learn to know it a little bit better. If you commit yourself you will obtain balance, strength and flexibility. Yoga practice will also offer you almost immediate results for the relief of back, head, cervical, lumbar pain and pelvic floor.
I will guide you so you can adapt it to your own body without fear of injury or harm if there is already some pathology or pain. I offer you the opportunity to combine these classes with sessions of physiotherapy and osteopathy by professionals if you feel you need to get a full condition gaining in vitality, balance and harmony.
